RFP process to schedule a one-day meeting or event, a multi-day
conference, or just to get a special group rate. Tell us as
much as you can about your meeting plans, and our expert meeting
sales team will contact you within 24 hours with pricing and
availability.
To get started, enter in the hotel location and requirements
for your event or meeting. Mandatory fields are marked *
as required, but by providing more information it will allow
us to better address your needs. The RFP will be sent to the
Conference and Banqueting team of your chosen hotel.
If you would like to send RFPs to multiple Conrad hotels, then
please mark all the hotels of your preference.
The RFP is in three stages. You may send a 'Quick RFP' after
